Position: Pre Sales Consultant.

Job Location: Pune. Work Mode: Hybrid. Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimate project effort, timelines, and resources based on client requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines to support proposal development.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure realistic and achievable project plans.
- Create high-quality, persuasive proposals for IT Services (Product/Application Development, Application Maintenance & Support), focusing on opportunities above $100,000.
- Develop compelling presentations, walkthroughs, and organizational capability documents to support sales efforts.
- Tailor proposals to address specific client needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Understand and analyze business and functional requirements in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with clients to accurately size project effort.
- Document and communicate requirements effectively to internal teams.
- Work closely with IT delivery teams to gather technical inputs and ensure accurate estimations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and delivery teams.
- Ensure proposals align with delivery capabilities and timelines.
- Own and drive pre-sales/sales initiatives to successful conclusions, achieving defined objectives.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks in the pre-sales process.
- Manage multiple pre-sales activities concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Provide expert support to the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Participate in client presentations and demonstrations.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
Required Qualifications::
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT projects proposal writing for global customers.
- Proven track record of developing successful proposals for IT services.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer interface and relationship management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business and technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to develop and manage project estimations and schedules.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
