Presales Consultant - IT

- You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by delivering impactful pre-sales presentations, customer demos, and requirement-based solutioning for ServiceNow offerings.

- This role bridges the gap between business development and technical consulting to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct pre-sales presentations to prospects and clients, showcasing ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.

- Deliver engaging product demos tailored to client needs and business challenges.

- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to help pitch tailored solutions to prospective clients.

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into feasible technical and business solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

- Support new business development initiatives by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and contributing to RFPs and RFIs.
