Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of risk management systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of risk management, financial analytics, and system implementation. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of effective risk management solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit risk systems.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

2. Solution Design & Documentation:

- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that address business requirements while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

- Develop workflows, use cases, and process maps to support system implementation.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with banks' credit risk, compliance, and IT teams to align system functionalities with business goals.

- Manage expectations and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

4. System Implementation & Testing:

- Support system configuration, customization, and integration activities.

- Develop test scenarios and cases; participate in system testing and validation to ensure robust functionality.

5. Risk Analytics & Reporting:

- Work closely with credit risk analysts to design data models, dashboards, and reports for risk monitoring and decision-making.

- Ensure seamless integration of risk metrics and analytics within the system.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure the credit risk system complies with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, and other relevant guidelines.

7. Post-Implementation Support:

- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

- Gather feedback and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

1. Educational Background:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Experience:

- 2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the BFSI domain.

- Preferably experience with risk management systems.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with system implementation methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

4. Domain Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of risk management principles and financial analysis.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements like Basel III, IFRS 9, and local banking laws.

5. Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
