Role Overview:

As a Senior Analyst Supply Chain Management, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across global supply chains. The role requires expertise in material planning, SAP-driven procurement, supplier performance management, and inventory optimization, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with engineering change requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning & Execution:

- Collaborate with Account Specialists to enhance material flow and optimize delivery timelines.


- Drive supply chain KPIs to elevate supplier performance and meet business goals.


- Execute purchase orders (POs), manage scheduling with vendors, and ensure alignment with requirement planning.

Order Management & Risk Mitigation:

- Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, including PO creation, promised date management, and schedule adherence.


- Conduct shortage analysis, WIP tracking, and proactive risk management through inventory pull-in/push-out.


- Resolve delivery bottlenecks, ensuring smooth supply chain execution.

Inventory & Logistics Control:

- Lead stock transfers, interplant transfers, and allocation to balance material across plants.


- Review and finalize Lot Sizes to optimize inventory strategies and reduce carrying costs.


- Manage safety stock and implement inventory strategy in line with business requirements.


- Perform annual inventory reconciliation at supplier sites.

Supplier & Quality Management:

- Partner with suppliers for quality compliance and on-time deliveries.


- Support Account Specialists in implementing corrective actions for supplier performance improvement.


- Drive continuous improvement through structured reviews and audits.

Engineering & Compliance:

- Incorporate engineering change notices (ECN) seamlessly into supply plans.


- Ensure SAP master data parameter accuracy for effective material management.


- Execute and maintain compliance with internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

- ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP transactions (MM/PP modules preferred).


- PLM Systems: Ability to navigate Product Lifecycle Management systems, retrieve technical drawings, and interpret specifications.


- Procurement Knowledge: General understanding of procurement principles and supplier negotiations.


- Analytical Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.


- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written); French proficiency preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree (preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline). MBA Preferred


- 2-4 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement.



- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.


- Self-starter with minimal supervision, adaptable to dynamic work environments.


- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
