Role Overview:The Director India Capability Centre (ICC) will be responsible for leading and scaling Pratt & Whitney Canadas extended operations in Bangalore across Supply Chain Management, Customer Services & Aftermarket, Business Development (Digital Engine Services), and Finance.

This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in aerospace, supply chain operations, customer engagement, and digital transformation, capable of aligning India-based operations with Pratt & Whitneys global vision while ensuring year-over-year productivity and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Governance:

- Lead and expand the India Capability Centre as a multi-disciplinary hub aligned with Canada and Poland operations.

- Define and execute strategies that strengthen business performance, enhance productivity, and deliver global operational excellence.

- Build a high-performing, empowered, and collaborative workforce promoting curiosity, continuous learning, and innovation.

- Drive P&L accountability, budgeting, and financial discipline within the India Centre.

Functional Leadership:

Supply Chain Management (SCM):

- Oversee Product Sourcing, Indirect Procurement, BPM (Business Process Management), Master Data Management, and Analytics.

- Drive supply chain digitalization and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure seamless integration of India operations with North American and European supply chain teams.

Customer Service & Aftermarket:

- Lead Customer Program Hub, Pay-Per-Hour programs, Warranty, Repair & Overhaul solutions, Spares, and Leasing operations.

- Establish field technical support and reliability analysis frameworks to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Enable predictive and proactive aftermarket support leveraging data analytics and oil analysis technology.

Business Development (Digital Engine Services):

- Drive Ground Software Development, Data Analytics, Customer Support Technology, and Proactive Support initiatives.

- Oversee Contact Centre operations, including customer account management, technical publications, aircraft registration, and My P&WC POWER support systems.

- Foster collaborations with global teams to expand digital aftermarket capabilities.

Finance & Business Support:

- Oversee Treasury, Cost Management, Financial Planning, and Transition Management activities.

- Support business transformation projects ensuring financial discipline and ROI tracking.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial Management, Aerospace, or equivalent) with 14 -18 years of leadership experience, OR

M.E. / M.Tech / MBA / Masters in related field with 12 - 16 years of leadership experience in Aerospace, Defense, or related industries.

Experience:

- Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams across SCM, Customer Service, Aftermarket, Business Development, and Finance.

- Strong exposure to transition management, productivity enhancement, and global workshare models.

- In-depth knowledge of aerospace supply chain operations and aftermarket services.

- Experience working with global stakeholders across North America and Europe.

Skills & Competencies:

- Business Strategy, P&L Management, Change Management.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive transformational initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma.

- Proven success in digital transformation programs and insourcing strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead global workforce integration.
