Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Domestic Sales to lead and drive business growth in the Paints & Coatings, Fine & Specialty Chemicals, and Industrial Solvents sectors.

The role is based in Navi Mumbai and requires strong expertise in domestic sales, team leadership, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage domestic sales operations for key industries, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen Prasol's presence in the Indian market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive strategies to enhance business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Drive negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree or a related field.

- An MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.

- 10-15 years of experience in industrial chemical sales, particularly in industrial solvents, fine chemicals, or specialty chemicals.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive business growth.

- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in handling large customer accounts and expanding domestic market presence
