We are looking for a skilled and experienced Management Consultant to join our Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) consulting team.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients to deliver strategic solutions, implement innovative technologies, and optimize business processes to drive measurable impact and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Foster trust and credibility with clients by providing expert advice, guidance, and support.
Needs Assessment and Solution Design:.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' business operations, processes, and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and develop tailored business solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to design innovative solutions that address clients' unique needs and objectives.
Project Oversight and Delivery:
- Lead the delivery of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Active Participation to take business initiative deliverables along with ensuring quality assurance of deliverables done by team members.
- Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Business Development and Growth:
- Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients, including up-selling additional services and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote our services and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- MBA or related field (Master's degree preferred) with 6 to 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, such as account management, client services, or business development.
- Desired experience of working with banking sector clients and NBFC.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
