Practice Leader - Talent Aquisition (Corporate sector clients)
The role is to aquire, service and retain corporate clients and successfully provide talent acquisition services
Business Development
- Establish and strengthen the talent acquisition practice. Chase Business development Goals aligned to the organizational goals.
- Identify and convert potential business opportunities vis- vis Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Advisory Services.
- Grasp market intelligence and track industry trends/developments.
- Prepare high-quality proposals and make cold calls to convert, as required.
Talent Acquisition
- Understanding recruitment mandates provided by clients across industries.
- Implementing the sourcing strategy as agreed with the client (Headhunting/Executive Search/Ad response/ Databank).
- Sourcing relevant profiles in line with the Job Description provided by the client with a fast turn-around time either through the team or independently as appropriate.
- Assessing/ Evaluating suitability of the candidates and their interest levels in the assignment through face-to-face/video interviews.
- Sharing profiles of relevant candidates with assessment reports with the client.
- Working closely with the client to coordinate interviews, conduct salary negotiations and ensure successful closure of the position.
- Managing client expectation and client relationship.
- Assisting in any other responsibilities that may be given from time to time in the HR Advisory
Team Management:
- Hire and Manage a team of Senior Consultants/Consultants/Associate Consultants/Analysts.
- Guide the team in planning, executing and closing of recruitment mandates/projects.
- Ensure optimum utilization of team strengths to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in planning and executing projects.
Internal Processes
- Adhere to internal SoPs of the organization.
- Enhancing, maintaining and updating databank of Resumes.
- Ensure quality and conceptual rigor across the practice in a consistent manner.
- Suggest and implement continuous improvements in all aspects of functioning.
