Responsibilities: Practice Building & Competency Development: - Lead the development of our L&A Insurance practice, building strong competency in relevant platforms and the L&A domain. - Create and maintain knowledge assets, including white papers, best practices, and solution accelerators. - Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen L&A domain expertise across the insurance vertical. - Mentor and groom other Business Analysts within the broader Insurance practice, particularly in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain. Business Delivery & Client Engagement: - Oversee and contribute to the successful delivery of projects for Life & Annuities insurance customers. - Act as a domain expert and trusted advisor to L&A clients. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and quality deliverables. Solutioning & Presales Support: - Lead the solutioning process for L&A opportunities, leveraging your deep domain knowledge and platform expertise. - Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and propose innovative and effective solutions. - Take ownership of responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) within the L&A domain. - Provide strong presales support, including presentations, demos, and client workshops. Domain Expertise: - Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Life & Annuities insurance sector. - Leverage hands-on experience with modern and popular Policy Administration Systems (PAS) such as FAST, ALIP, OIPA, DXC, and FINEOS. - Utilize hands-on experience with Commissioning systems such as P+, DSS, AMS, Callidus, and VUE. - Demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of these systems, including product configuration, requirement implementation, data mapping, and reconciliation. Team Collaboration & Leadership: - Work independently and proactively in a team environment, demonstrating strong ownership and a commitment to excellence as a Senior Individual Contributor. - Effectively collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. - Demonstrate strong prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. - Leverage experience working for UK or European clients to understand their specific needs and regulatory landscape. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 15+ years of overall industry experience within the insurance sector. - Minimum 10+ years of deep and focused experience within the Life & Annuities (L&A) insurance domain. - Hands-on experience with modern and popular Policy Administration Systems (PAS) such as FAST, ALIP, OIPA, DXC, and FINEOS. - Hands-on experience with Commissioning systems such as P+, DSS, AMS, Callidus, and VUE. - Proven ability to perform tasks within these systems, including product configuration, requirement implementation, data mapping, and reconciliation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Experience in mentoring and grooming Business Analysts. - Must have worked in Onsite/Offshore delivery models. - Ability to work independently and take pride in contributing as a Senior Individual Contributor. - Strong prioritization and time management skills. - Experience working for UK or European clients. - Proven experience in solutioning, assessment, and providing presales support. - Demonstrated ability to develop white papers and thought leadership content.
