We are hiring for our client, a niche Management & HR Consulting company based in Bangalore!

Role: Practice Head & Future CEO - OD & L&D practice

CTC: up to 24 LPA

Location: Bangalore

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

- Business Development/Client Engagement Interventions.

- Strategy/Knowledge Management & Consulting Capability Building

- Mastery/Understanding of OD, Leadership Development, Strategic HR

- Operating/leading the panel of Principal Consultants/Subject Matter Experts who co-drive or drive independently multiple LBW projects/engagements.

- Ability to consult in other multi-function areas eg. SCM, technology, finance, Design, Development, and Delivery of Client engagement needs in the above areas

- Strong Client Relationship Building & Delivery Service Excellence

- Process orientation & knowledge of Business/People processes.

- LBW Talent Development - consolidate the Resourcing model of Principal Consultants

- Assist, and support MD in growing in its STRATEGY N-E-X-T. Roadmap.

- Global orientation/Sensitivity to global cultural aspects.

- Creative Thinking & Driving Innovation in 'everything we do'.
