Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Head to lead and drive the development of disruptive Web/WAP sites and Mobile platforms for Prabhat Khabar. The ideal candidate should have expertise in product management, digital transformation, and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web and mobile digital products.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, post-launch optimization, and monetization.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and retention.
- Own the P&L of digital products, ensuring revenue generation and cost optimization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Marketing, Design, and Content teams for continuous product improvement.
- Conduct market research, competition analysis, and user feedback evaluation to enhance product offerings.
- Drive UI/UX improvements to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze and interpret product analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Implement strategies for content distribution, brand positioning, and digital marketing.
- Manage end-to-end project execution and delivery of new features and enhancements.

- Successful launch and adoption of web/mobile products.
- Increase in online traffic and engagement across platforms.
- Revenue growth and monetization of digital products.
- Enhancement of product usability and experience based on user insights.
- Optimization of website performance and conversion metrics.
- Execution of marketing and brand-building strategies for product promotion.
- Efficient cross-team collaboration for timely delivery of product milestones.
- Continuous analysis of market trends and competitor strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Product Management (Web & Mobile).
- Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and product conceptualization.
- Proficiency in data analytics, product performance measurement, and ROI evaluation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and SEO.
- Experience in UI/UX design principles and A/B testing.
- Understanding of technology platforms, emerging trends, and innovative digital solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech from a recognized institute.
- MBA (preferred) from a reputed institution.
