This individual will be responsible for setting the technology vision, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and ensuring the reliable operation of high-traffic online applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Technology Leadership: Define and implement the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and market needs.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- System Architecture and Development: Oversee the design and development of robust and scalable web and mobile applications, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.

- Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize the use of various technology stacks, including MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js), WordPress, PHP, and mobile app development frameworks.

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and optimization of infrastructure to support high-traffic applications, including server management, load balancing, and data storage solutions.

- Performance Optimization: Ensure systems are optimized for performance and scalability to handle high user traffic seamlessly.

- Security and Compliance: Establish and maintain security protocols and compliance measures to protect data and ensure the integrity of the technology infrastructure.

- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to secure resources, manage contracts, and align technology solutions with business needs.

Qualifications

- At least 12 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing high-traffic online applications.

- Strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, including experience with MERN stack, WordPress, PHP, and mobile app development.

- Expertise in managing and scaling technology infrastructure, with a deep understanding of cloud services, server management, and network architecture.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive technological innovation and excellence.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with the capacity to balance technical solutions with business considerations.

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
