Role Overview:

- The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the team that manages post-sales activities, ensuring new sign-ups are smoothly integrated and that ongoing client relationships are nurtured to maximize revenue as per contractual terms.

- This role involves leading a leadership team with individuals and managers reporting directly.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and manage the Customer Management team, including managers of managers.

- Set clear goals for the team and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.

- Foster a client-centric culture within the team, emphasizing relationship-building and customer satisfaction.

Client On boarding & Relationship Management:

- Oversee the on boarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as an escalation point for any issues.

- Ensure that clients receive the full value of the company's offerings, driving retention and revenue growth.

Revenue Assurance & Contract Fulfilment:

- Monitor client accounts to ensure revenue generation aligns with contractual terms.

- Work closely with clients to identify additional needs and opportunities for upselling.

- Manage contract renewals, ensuring favourable terms and high client satisfaction.

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency:

- Continuously evaluate and improve post-sales processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Implement tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve client communication.

- Provide feedback to the executive team on ways to improve service delivery and client retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Head and Large Account Sales Manager to ensure a seamless client experience from pre-sales to post-sales.

- Work closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to align post-sales activities with broader company strategies.

- Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide insights on client needs and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Extensive experience in client relationship management, with a focus on post-sales activities.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams of managers and individual contributors.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex client on boarding and service delivery processes.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client escalations effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM and customer service management tools.

- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
