Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner Understanding & Journey Mapping
- Develop a deep understanding of 2-wheeler partner personas, their motivations, barriers, and preferred information consumption patterns
- Map partner journey stages and identify high-impact training and communication touchpoints (e.g., onboarding, compliance, engagement programs, rewards)
Training & Communication Strategy
- Design and implement structured training modules and communication campaigns aligned with partner lifecycle stages
- Customize content format and delivery methods (videos, voice messages, in-app prompts, on-ground activations, etc.) for maximum relevance and recall
- Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to ensure timely and accurate partner messaging
Content Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create engaging, easy-to-understand, multilingual content
- Manage the deployment of content across all key channels (partner app, call center, WhatsApp, social media, etc.)
Feedback & Impact Measurement
- Define key metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and communication interventions (engagement, adoption, behavioral changes)
- Set up feedback loops via surveys, field insights, or focus groups to assess whats working and whats not
- Continuously improve content and strategies based on performance data and qualitative insights
Skills Required:
- Youre structured and data-driven able to set goals, measure outcomes, and make improvements
- You have strong storytelling and content development skills, with an ability to simplify complex information
- Youre comfortable collaborating with product, ops, creative, and field teams to bring ideas to life
