Senior Manager - EV Partnership
Responsibilities:
OEM & 3PL Account Management and Growth:
- Key Lead the acquisition of supplies through ICE & EV OEMs and OEM Channel Partners to drive business growth.
- Develop and nurture key 3PL partnerships in the E-Loader segment to strengthen the channel.
SOP & SLA Management:
- Spearhead the rollout and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with OEMs and Dealers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless execution.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Collaboration:
- Formulate and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with the Supply Team to drive vehicle acquisition across various geographies.(e-Loaders).
- Identify and onboard key 3PL players in the E-Loader segment, ensuring effective channel engagement and partnership development.
Business Scale-Up & Performance Optimization:
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to scale and sustain business growth in targeted segments.
- Engage with 3PLs to drive fleet quality improvements and optimize performance through targeted initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Market Exploration:
- Define and execute medium- to long-term plans for segment-specific initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Continuously explore new market segments and distribution channels, crafting compelling value propositions to capture untapped opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Operations, City, and other collab teams to ensure timely reporting, issue resolution, and ongoing support for smooth business operations.
- Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, while ensuring alignment with the competitive landscape and market trends.
Digital Growth & Innovation:
- Leverage digital strategies and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive business growth and innovation across platforms.
- Drive initiatives that improve process efficiency and enhance customer experience through digital transformation.
Supply Planning & Performance Tracking:
- Collaborate with the Supply Lifecycle Team to plan monthly supply requirements and ensure consistent vehicle availability across geographies.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including FF/DAP/Onboarding contributions, and implement actionable plans to meet targets as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement & Feedback Analysis:
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with vendors, drivers, dealerships, OEMs, and other stakeholders to gather qualitative insights and address pain points.
- Utilize feedback to refine processes, enhance partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
