About the Role:


We are looking for a sharp, organized, and agile Program Manager to drive high-impact, org-wide HR initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution responsible for central programs, leadership updates, and ensuring coherence across HR business partnering and talent practices.

The role also includes HR business partnering for central support functions (e.g., Finance, P&C, etc.), offering the candidate a unique blend of central projects and people engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Program Management:


- Drive org-wide people programs across partnering, talent, and capability building.

- Coordinate horizontally across HR verticals and ensure leadership alignment.

- Create high-quality presentations, trackers, and program documents for leadership reviews.


Leadership Communication:

- Build crisp updates, dashboards, and insight summaries for HR leadership.

- Translate complexity into clear narratives that help influence decisions.


HR Business Partnering (Support Functions):

- Act as the HRBP for central teams understand their needs, pulse, and priorities.

- Enable smooth performance discussions, feedback loops, engagement activities, and grievance closure.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Stitch together initiatives across talent, engagement and learning


- Identify gaps, connect the dots, and drive closure across cross-functional HR initiatives.


What You Bring:

- 23 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or HR program roles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

- High ownership, structured thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.

- Confident, articulate, and able to multitask across priorities.
