Assistant Manager - Campaign
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Execution:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of communication strategies and ensure the timely delivery of messages across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and align communications with organizational branding and messaging.
Content Creation:
- Design and create visually appealing training materials using Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Produce engaging video content for training modules and communications using video editing software.
Platform Management:
- Utilize APXOR for analytics and insights to improve communication strategies and effectiveness.
- Leverage SendBird for real-time communication solutions and facilitate interactive training sessions.
- Implement and manage campaigns on MoEngage to enhance learner engagement and track user interactions.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on communication initiatives and training outcomes.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, conversions, and stakeholder acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and digital marketing technologies to optimize strategies accordingly.
Skill Required:
Must have:
- Proficiency in managing communication platforms such as APXOR, SendBird, and MoEngage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
- Social media Management experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing or content marketing strategies
- Familiarity with analytics and measuring campaign effectiveness.
