Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem in the assigned region.
- Identify, recruit, and establish partnerships with charging station operators, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, such as charging network operators, dealerships, government bodies, and community organizations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements that foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, track market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Leverage market data to shape expansion strategies and discover new growth opportunities.
- Drive sales of EV products and services within the region by executing effective sales plans and closing deals.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance and progress.
- Lead regional expansion projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and overall execution.
- Track project progress, assess risks, and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
- Organize and participate in regional events, conferences, and workshops to promote EV adoption and enhance brand visibility.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both customers and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in market research.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Experience in the EV industry is an advantage.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project management or expansion roles is preferred
