Job Overview:
- The Strategy and Revenue Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth initiatives by developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance revenue streams.
- This role involves comprehensive manpower planning and budget management to ensure optimal resource allocation aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals.
Revenue Growth Initiatives:
- Design and execute programs to increase sales and enhance profitability.
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.
Manpower Planning:
- Assess current workforce capabilities and forecast future manpower needs based on strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to develop hiring plans that support growth objectives.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for various projects and departments.
