Contractor & Vendor Management:
- Track contractor details, monitor end dates, and coordinate renewals or exits.
- Ensure timely closure of open demands rolled out to vendors.
- Contribute to automating the contractor management lifecycle.
Program Governance & Reporting:
- Ensure PRs are approved by senior leadership, including funding details, strategic justification, and finance readiness.
- Own weekly status updates across CoE programs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery to stakeholders.
- Capture and analyze monthly metrics across various teams, providing insights and justifications.
- Lead the migration of monthly metrics tracking from Excel to Power BI with cross-platform automation.
Innovation & Process Excellence:
- Manage the client's Innovation Portal: approve submitted ideas and track progress toward defined goals.
- Create templates, decks, and reports for town halls, review meetings, and leadership updates tailored to stakeholder level.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Track new joiners, facilitate inductions/intro calls, and maintain a weekly activity log.
- Host team-building events and women-centric sessions to foster inclusion.
- Build strategy for internal mentorship programs and training schedules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between delivery teams and PeopleSoft management to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Program/Project Management Office (PMO) practices.
- Proven expertise in contractor/vendor management and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and automation tools for reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience with innovation governance and idea management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar ERP tools preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- A PMP/Prince2 Certification or MBA (Operations/HR/Strategy) is highly desirable.
