Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs.
- Develop and implement effective Talent Management strategies to nurture and retain key talent within the pharmaceutical domain.
- Oversee smooth and structured Onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.
- Formulate, update, and enforce HR Policies and benchmark best practices.
- Manage Reward & Recognition (R&R) programs to foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Manage annual Performance Management and Annual increment process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pref for MBA in HR
- 5 to 8 years of HR experience, preferred in the Sales HR of Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Policies and HR Operations ( Onboarding, Payroll, Exit Management, HRIS etc )
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
