Role Overview:

Position: Plant HR Manager.

Location - Bhadurgarh / Manesar / Gurgaon.

Experience Required: 5 years + Years.

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Electronics..

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

- Handle contract labor management and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Lead plant-level administration - security, housekeeping, canteen, and transport.

- Ensure legal compliance under Factories Act and labor laws. Drive employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives. Maintain HR records, MIS, and coordinate internal/external audits.

Desired Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations.

- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and contract labor handling.

- Hands-on experience in HRMS and ERP systems.
