Head HR/IR - Manufacturing - Baramati , Anywhere in West India

Human Resources:

- Accountable for defining the HR strategy in alignment with business and plant expansion objectives; crafting long- and short-term HR roadmaps to realize the strategy.

- Responsible for developing people competencies aligned with business priorities, utilizing both internal and external resources.

- Responsible for senior-level decision-making and both day-to-day management and strategic direction of the organization in managing scale & change management.

- Conceptualized and implemented various productivity enhancement business plans through strategic reward & recognition and engagement programs.

- Evolve the company's culture by coaching leaders on the performance and Potential Management philosophy and shared value.

- Streamlining business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, implementing cost control measures, and enhancing the employee experience.

Industrial Relation:

- Strategically managed the retrenchment of unions

- Attending and representing ER in Production Meetings

- Tracking attendance and absenteeism daily

- Counseling of associates

- Ensuring discipline on shop floor through various disciplinary actions

- Signing and issuing disciplinary letters

- Monitoring Union Leaders attendance and discipline

- Liasoning with Union Leaders and Opinion Makers

- Organizing Union Meetings

- Participating and reprsenting Management in collective bargaining process , LTS , Bonus etc.

- Representing Management in Greviace handling committee of associates

- Coordinating and interpreting ESaS

- Driving employee engagement initiatives

- Chairing E&T Pillar of TPM and coordinating for all trainings

- Drafting and conveyancing notices and other communications

- Managing Flexi manpower issues etc.

- Supporting production team to ensure peaceful IR on shopfloor

- Advising labour and factory compliance. Advising labour laws to senior management

- SMT, GL and TL Development program

- Assisting ER Head with strategies , plan and existing practices

- Anticipating IR dangers / issues

- Critically thinking to build positive work culture

- ER Networking and influencing Union leaders, opinion makers and associates etc

- Assiting in ER events of other entities in pune HUB

- Liasoning with locals , politician etc.
