
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead overall Plant HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Drive strong industrial relations (IR) practices and maintain healthy union-management relations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and transparent manner.
- Oversee administration at the plant, including facilities, welfare, and security management.
- Partner with plant leadership to implement HR strategies that support productivity, talent development, and business objectives.
- Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and effective implementation of company policies at the plant level.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA in Human Resources (full-time) from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 12 years of plant-level HR experience in manufacturing/engineering/automotive industries.
- Strong expertise in labour laws, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and union management.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end plant HR operations and administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
