Position Title: Plant Head HR
Location: Middle East
Experience: 15+
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals of the manufacturing plant.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment activities for all positions in the plant, ensuring proper staffing levels and skill alignment.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and foster a positive, productive work environment. Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including setting performance targets, appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and ensure the growth of employees in alignment with plant goals.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage the compensation structure, employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and market competitiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR processes comply with UAE labor laws and regulations, as well as international standards.
Administration:
- Facility Management: Oversee the management of all plant facilities, ensuring the maintenance of the plant and its infrastructure.
- Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative support to all plant departments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee procurement processes for office supplies, plant equipment, and services, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor company policies and administrative procedures in line with best practices.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
