Plant Head/Operations Head - Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Unit

1. Ability to lead a 100-150 crore manufacturing unit of auto ancillary with a team of 50 staff and 250 workers.

2. Should have good experience in driving culture of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 quality standards.

3. Should be involved in strategic decision making and responsible for profitability of the company.

4. Should be able to head quality, development, HR, maintenance, production , purchase and stores function.

5. -Should be able to lead the team for building professional culture int he organisation.

6. -Should be able to manage customer expectations wrt quality, delivery and costs.

Experience: 25-30 years

Qualification: BE/B.TECH from a reputed institute
