Manufacturing Head

- We are looking for a highly experienced Manufacturing Head (Deputy Plant Head) to lead plant operations, supply chain management, and overall manufacturing excellence in the consumer durables industry (small appliances mandatory).

- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in SCM and plant management, with paint shop experience as an added advantage.

Key Requirements:

- Industry Expertise: Experience in consumer durables (small appliances mandatory).

- Plant & SCM Management: Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and plant operations.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams and optimize operational processes.

- Compliance & Safety: Deep understanding of industrial safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.

- Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing, production, or plant management.

- (Preferred) Experience in paint shop operations for small appliances.
