Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Head to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be between 4555 years of age with a proven track record of managing a company with a turnover of 200300 Crores. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in production, planning, and maintenance, as well as a strong focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Core Operational Leadership: Take full ownership of all operational aspects, including Production, Production Planning & Control (PPC), and Maintenance.

- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of Lean management and KAIZEN methodologies. Focus on enhancing efficiency and quality across all processes.

- Cost Management: Lead initiatives to achieve significant cost savings, with a particular emphasis on manpower optimization and other operational efficiencies.

- Team Management & HR: Oversee all HR activities related to operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a productive work environment.

- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges by leveraging both internal teams and external resources.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the companys goals and drive sustainable growth.

Required Experience & Attributes:

- Industry Experience: A strong background in the Racking or Sheet Metal Fabrication industry is highly preferred.

- Turnover Management: Proven experience in managing a company with a minimum turnover of 200300 Crores.

Personal Attributes:

- Highly self-motivated and consistently result-oriented.

- Must be free of family or transport-related constraints, as the role is based within 510 km of our facility.

Technical/Domain Background (Preferred but not mandatory):

- Experience in Rolling, Mechanical Engineering, Powder Coating, or Sheet Metal Fabrication.

- Experience with the implementation and usage of SAP/ERP systems.

- Prior experience in the racking industry will be a significant advantage.

Job Details:

- Location: Within 5 to 10 km of our facility (Relocation accepted).

- Age Group: 45 to 55 years.
