What youll do:

As a Planning Lead, you will drive the end-to-end integrated planning function for a high-growth consumer brand. This role requires balancing service levels, inventory health, and cost efficiency while enabling agile decision-making across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supply Planning: Manage capacity, align material availability, lead run strategies, and optimize make vs. buy decisions.

- Inventory Management: Deliver service KPIs while reducing waste, obsolescence, and inefficiencies.

- Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and support scenario planning for business continuity.

- System & Process Excellence: Champion planning tools (SAP APO/S4 HANA, O9, Kinaxis), drive automation, and support ERP transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage.

- Strong exposure to demand & supply functions and seasonal businesses with high SKU complexity.

- Skilled in SAP, Power BI, and statistical modelling tools.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
