Mission Statement of the Role:
Drive 70% of the revenue through Organic Channels by 2027
Roles and Responsibilities:
The AVP Marketing for Organic Growth is a key role in the next phase of growth for PlanetSpark. The role is an entrepreneurial position that combines creative thinking with operational excellence. The incumbent will work closely with the Co-founders.
Key responsibilities include:
1) YouTube and Instargram Studios
- Set up 15+ YT and Instagram channels to drive 500 qualified leads a day
- Hire and onboard content creators and video editors for new channels
- Co-create the content strategy with channel leads and drive daily execution
- Track and monitor metrics to drive daily leads and revenue from YT and IG channels
2) Product Led SEO
- Lead SEO and content teams for various product led SEO themes
- Work with the tech team to come up with levers for new PL-SEO themes and CRO improvements
- Drive execution and take accountability of quality, leads and revenue
3) New Organic Growth Themes
- Pick-up new themes of organic growth post stablization of the first two themes
What are We Looking For?
- MBA or BTech from a tier 1 institute such as IIMs / ISB/ XLRI / IITs / NITs
- 10-15 years of experience in content led marketing at a consumer internet company
- A go-getter who can lead the content by balancing creative excellence and operational excellence
- Understanding of SEO principles and product management
- An ambitious content creator with the vision to build the brand through organic content-led approach
What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?
- A keen desire to develop the content engine for a company from grounds-up
- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up content and shape it independently like a Founder
