CPC is the nodal point for each university stakeholder i.e faculty, students, founders, and a bridge to industry. We believe that stellar career outcomes for our students are essential as we build the University and we are thus, looking out for people to join the Office of Corporate Partnerships & Careers to help evangelise the vision of Plaksha by deepening student relationships, assisting in outreach activities and help us achieve this goal. Key Responsibilities Corporate Engagement & Relationship Management - Facilitate collaborations for internships, live projects, corporate mentorship programs, and full-time hiring. - Ensure employer satisfaction and retention by maintaining strong communication, understanding talent needs, and customizing engagement initiatives - Develop customized pitch decks, employer engagement strategies, and networking events to showcase Plaksha's talent pool. Placement Process Execution & Student Readiness - Oversee the entire placement process, from employer outreach to final offer negotiations, ensuring seamless execution. - Organize company visits, pre-placement talks, industrial tours, guest lectures, and expert sessions to enhance corporate engagement. - Work closely with students to provide guidance on career opportunities, resume building, and interview preparation. - Leverage data analytics to track placement trends, measure employer satisfaction, and optimize placement strategies. Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Decision Making - Design and implement operational processes to enhance placement and corporate outreach effectiveness. - Maintain a structured database of corporate contacts, recruitment trends, and student performance metrics. - Collaborate with faculty and career advisors to integrate industry feedback into curriculum enhancements and student development programs. Qualifications & Skills - 5 years of experience in student affairs, corporate relations, talent acquisition, business development, or a related field, preferably in higher education, consulting, or recruitment. - Strong understanding of industry trends, employer expectations, and career pathways for students in technology and innovation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders in the industry. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools, CRM systems, and MS Excel. - Ability to multitask, work in a dynamic environment, and drive results independently. - Passion for education, innovation, and career development of students.
