- Leverage industry networks, referrals, and digital marketing to enhance brand visibility and business traction.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:
- Stay updated on emerging trends to shape future strategies.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Drive a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and innovation within the team.
- Mentor and develop sales professionals, enabling them to scale and win strategic accounts.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition.
- Proven track record of scaling business revenues.
- Extensive network of IT firms, and global enterprises.
- Expertise in contract negotiations, pricing models.
- Ability to drive consultative sales, understanding client workforce challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Experience in using CRM, sales analytics, and lead generation tools to optimize BD efforts.
