- BIM Consulting (BIM Strategy Formulation, BIM Execution Plan, Constructability Audit, Value Engineering, Training & Enablement)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain database of qualified leads through calls and outbound lead generation

- Cold Calling potential prospects to fix meetings with them

- Responsible for revenue target accomplishment in given geography

- Meeting weekly targets for cold calling, database maintenance, and sales meetings

- Maintaining a sales pipeline

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes):

- 3 to 10 years of experience

- Masters in Sales or Marketing

- Previous with service sales experience, experience in international sales and/or construction

industry shall be preferred

- Technical Experience (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Architectural) will be an advantage

- Proactive and ability to work independently and fast learner

- Good communication skills
