Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President Sales to lead business growth in North Bangalore. This role involves working directly with the founders to shape and execute sales, strategy, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, proven leadership in sales management, and the ability to align organizational strategies with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Management
- Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and market share in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers to secure strategic partnerships and ensure consistent business inflow.
Business Planning & Analytics
- Analyze business drivers, market trends, and competitive landscape to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Leverage analytics and data to develop:
- Strategic hiring plans
- Optimal organizational structures
- Process improvement initiatives
- Prepare and maintain dashboards to track major company metrics, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement.
Operational Excellence
- Implement procedures, frameworks, and methodologies to meet business and revenue targets.
- Drive alignment across teams by setting measurable objectives and ensuring progress tracking.
- Continuously improve sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including property advisors, team leads, and branch heads.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally within real estate, property advisory, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on leadership style.
