Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of Team Managers and Advisors. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate sales, client management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless property investment experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Team Managers and Advisors to achieve sales targets.

- Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their real estate investment needs.

- Provide tailored property solutions and assist customers throughout the buying process.

- Coordinate and conduct property site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

- Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales service and customer satisfaction.

- Keep track of real estate market trends, competitor activity, and industry reports.

- Maintain accurate records of deals and sales progress using CRM/ERP systems.

Requirements:

- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- High energy levels, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving targets.

- Experience in real estate sales, business development, or related fields is preferred
