Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Team Managers and Property Advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing teams, building client relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor Team Managers and Advisors in achieving sales targets.
- Identify client needs through in-person meetings or virtual interactions and provide suitable property investment options.
- Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits.
- Support clients during price negotiations and help close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the internal CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales support.
- Track and report sales progress using CRM/ERP tools.
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends and competitor activities.
-Ensure sales targets are met as per the business plan.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client engagement abilities.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented professional.
- Team management experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
