1. WSS/ PBP Management :

WSS/ PBP Appointment & Working, WSS/ PBP Induction, Training & Discontinuation, WSS/ PBP Compliance to SPPBMs, WSS/ PBP Compliance to Commercial policies

2. Dealer Management:

Relationship management, Dealer Servicing & Engagement, Channel Strength (Healthy Distribution), Retail Visibility & Merchandizing, Exception Dealer Management

3. People Leadership:

Learning & Development of Team, Performance Management & Assessment of Team, Team Engagement, Driving Sales Operation Excellence

4. Scheme Management

5. Market Share Gain: Low market share TTYs & Large Competition dealers Performance

6. Field Marketing: Planning BTL activities & Driving New Product Launch, Inputs on improving meet effectiveness

7. Inventory Management

8. Insights & Feedback: Carry out regular Market visits as per norms to interact with dealers, WSS, contractors & end users
