What You'll Own:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, managing high-value travel bookings end-to-end.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience, handling complex itineraries, escalations, and personalized requests.
- Oversee offline bookings and premium concierge services like visa support, seat/meal selection, and itinerary changes.
- Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met while capturing customer feedback for internal improvements.
- Support knowledge-sharing within the team and guide junior associates with best practices.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-6 years of experience in B2B travel operations or corporate travel support.
- Strong understanding of flight, hotel, and end-to-end travel booking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing experience is a must.
- Experience managing high-pressure situations with business clients.
- Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working across shifts and rotational schedules when needed.
- Prior experience using CRM tools, GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre), and back-end travel dashboards.
