Are you passionate about building lasting business relationships and driving impactful sales strategies in the insurance sector? PIB Insurance Brokers Private Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead our growth across the top business hubs of Karnataka and Goa.


About the Role:


As a Corporate Sales Manager, youll spearhead client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic account growth in Karnataka & Goa. Your performance will directly contribute to expanding our corporate portfolio and strengthening PIBs market presence in the health and general insurance domain.


Success in this role means consistently exceeding business targets, forging strong corporate partnerships, and ensuring high client satisfaction through proactive service and innovative insurance solutions. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and product teams to deliver customised value propositions to clients.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and onboard new corporate clients across healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and other key sectors.

- Build long-term B2B relationships and nurture high-value accounts.


- Develop and execute local sales strategies in alignment with national business goals.

- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and policy servicing.

- Track and report performance metrics and market trends to guide decision-making.


- Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices.


Qualifications & Skills


- Bachelors degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare preferred.

- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B or institutional sales, in insurance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of group health insurance, general insurance products, and market

dynamics.

- Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written); Konkani knowledge is a plus for Goa.

- Willingness to travel across assigned cities.
