Senior Manager - M&A
ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. This role provides end-to-end exposure to live transactions, ranging from target evaluation and financial analysis to diligence, deal execution, and integration planning, and includes collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive our inorganic growth strategy.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Target Research & Market Mapping:
- Conduct deep-dive research on industries and potential acquisition targets to support strategic decisions.
2) IRL Preparation & Financial Analysis:
- Draft Initial Requisition Lists (IRLs) to gather key data from targets and analyze financials to assess performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
3) Financial Modeling, Deal Structuring & Integration Planning:
- Build financial models to assess investments, structure deals (tranches, ownership, terms), and prepare post-acquisition integration plans to ensure smooth transition.
4) DueDiligence:
-Support and coordinate end-to-end diligence across financial, legal, and tax workstreams in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
5) Deal Documentation Support:
- Work with legal teams on drafting and reviewing key transaction documents such as Term Sheets, Shareholders' Agreements (SHA), and Share Subscription Agreements (SSA).
6) Business Presentations:
- Prepare clear, data-driven investor and internal presentations articulating key findings, business rationale, and deal impact.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
2) Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
3) Comprehensive Understanding of Financial Metrics: In-depth knowledge of key business financial indicators and their strategic implications.
4) Presentation Design Expertise: Skilled in crafting clear, compelling, and professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
5) Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey ideas effectively and persuasively.
