- We are looking for a Manager to lead our Sales team in Mumbai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting, recognising and mining revenue for our clients.
- You will develop and execute sales strategies and relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.
- You develop account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
- You will also be responsible for hunting for new business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute AOP for revenue recognition, assurance and enhancement for our products.
- Own the client right from lead generation to solution design, delivery, relationship management and mining.
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
- Manage issue trackers, ensure client demonstrations and maintain general client account health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering) or equivalent experience in Business; and an MBA will be preferred.
- 12+ years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- High Aptitude, Excellent Skills on Google Sheets and Excel.
- Exposure to BFSI sector or Call Center Sector is a definite plus.
