Experience: 15-20 years.

Education: MBA (Sales, Business Management, or Strategy) and relevant experience in the CPaaS / CCaaS industry.

About Us:

Phonon is a leader in AI-driven automation solutions across BFSI, Travel & Aviation, Defence, and Industry 4. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive order bookings, revenue growth, and customer relationships, with a focus on enterprise and government sales. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for deal closures, customer acquisition, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enterprise & Government Sales (50%).

- Own the sales strategy and revenue targets for BFSI, Aviation, Defence, and Industry 4.

- Drive enterprise sales, large-scale government tenders, and PSU contracts.

- Develop and execute high-value B2B sales strategies, ensuring order closure.

- Maintain relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

- Sales Execution & Order Booking (50%).

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales by working closely with marketing & pre-sales teams.

- Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements.

- Optimize sales funnel, conversion rates, and deal closure timelines.

- Track KPIs: Order bookings, revenue targets, and sales cycle efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- MBA with preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

- 15-20 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and government contracts.

- Proven track record in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.

- Strong expertise in negotiations, pricing, and contract structuring.

- Experience working with Defence, BFSI, Aviation, or Telecom industries.
