- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join PhillipCapital in the channel Partner acquisition and servicing.
- This position is responsible for driving the sales strategy, building relationships, and expanding business opportunities within the B2B market.
- The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with business clients, IFAs, Mutual Fund Distributors and senior management to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the B2B sector for wealth management services.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential business clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and other organizations looking for wealth management services for their employees or clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of the firm's wealth management products and services, including PMS, Advisory Services, Fixed Income products, Global Market products and other product offerings.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs by actively prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals within the assigned region.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and client needs, adapting the sales strategy accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client service, to deliver tailored solutions and excellent service to business clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, tracking key metrics, activities, and progress toward targets.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.
