- Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Operations

- Contract Negotiation

- Drafting of Agreements

- Stakeholder Management

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

- Data Interpretation and Analysis

QUALIFICATION - BE/B.Tech/MBA

Working Terms:

- Employment Structure: As Sterling is a group of companies with limited expat quotas per Nigerian labor laws, appointment letters will be issued under the entity where visa quota is available.

Leave Rotation Policy:

- Lagos Posting: 6 months ON / 21 days OFF

- Plant/Site Posting: 6 months ON / 30 days OFF

(Both options include international and domestic air tickets to your nearest airport, provided by the company.)

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

- Sunday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

- Salary Cycle: Our salary processing and payout runs at a deferment of two months.

- For example: If joining is in July, then:

July salary will be paid in September

August salary will be paid in October

September salary will be paid in November

October salary will be paid in December

So effectively, credit of salary in account will start from the third month onwards for every month.
