Paid Ads Specialist - Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Meta, Google Ads, and other paid channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in running ROI-driven campaigns, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR to maximize efficiency
- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audiences & landing pages
- Manage campaign budgets & allocate spends for best-performing channels
- Implement retargeting & lookalike audience strategies
- Track performance using Google Analytics, GA4, & ad platform dashboards
- Stay updated with platform changes & ad trends
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2-5 years in Paid Media, Google Ads & Meta Ads experience required
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, conversion tracking, and bidding strategies
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager
- Ability to optimize ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting
- Strong analytical & budgeting skills
