About the Role
We are hiring for a Performance Marketing Specialist on behalf of a fast-scaling, design-led consumer brand in the home and lifestyle space. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.
This is a hands-on execution role that involves campaign setup, creative deployment, performance analysis, and close coordination with the growth and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Performance Max), and other digital platforms
- Maintain structured, scalable account setups across prospecting and retargeting funnels
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, and audience targeting
Ad Copy & Creative Deployment
- Write concise, goal-oriented ad copy across formats and channels
- Select, upload, and deploy assets including images, carousels, and videos
- Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools such as Looker Studio and BigQuery
- Summarize key insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Identify performance trends across audiences, placements, and formats
Platform Knowledge & Optimization
- Stay updated on changes in ad platform algorithms, formats, and policies
- Contribute to experimentation on new channels, campaign types, and creative formats
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing or D2C brand
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Performance Max, Search)
- Strong ad copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging by platform and objective
- Experience working with creative assets and performance-driven testing
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar platforms
- Clear understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience working on international campaigns (especially UK or US markets)
- Familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube advertising
- Understanding of e-commerce user journeys and landing page optimization
