We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to join our growth team. This role requires hands-on experience in running and optimizing high-budget ad campaigns (- 15L/month or more) across multiple digital platforms with a strong focus on lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve the company's performance marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
- Manage monthly ad spend of - 15 Lakhs or more with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving desired CPA and ROAS.
- Design and execute full-funnel campaign strategies - awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
- Collaborate with the design team for visuals and creative direction tailored for campaign objectives.
- Perform audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve targeting precision.
- Generate and share daily tracking and weekly/monthly performance reports with stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with Meta and Google advertising policies.
- Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent and aligned with business goals.
Required Technical Skills:
- Platform Expertise:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram): Campaign setup, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, event tracking (Pixel, CAPI), campaign objectives (Lead, Traffic, Conversions, App Installs)
- Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping campaigns
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM): Conversion tracking and performance analysis
- UTM Parameter Management and campaign tagging tools
Metrics & Tools:
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Bounce Rate
- Competence with A/B Testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Meta A/B Tests)
- Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis & pivot tables
- BI Dashboard tools (Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI - optional)
Strategy & Optimization:
- Knowledge of customer journey, full-funnel marketing, and retargeting strategies
- Proficiency in budget allocation, pacing, and bid strategy management (manual/automated)
- Experience with lead gen forms, custom conversion events, and offline conversions (CRM sync)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate / Google Ads Certified (Preferred)
- Experience in high-growth B2C or D2C environments is a plus
