About the Role:
We're looking for a performance marketing professional who can plan and execute high-conversion digital campaigns across VCCircle and VCCEdge business lines-including events, training programs, subscriptions, and our private market intelligence platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will directly impact business growth by driving qualified leads through paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Design and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to generate leads for:
- VCCircle Events (flagship summits, conferences)
- VCCircle Trainings (webinars, masterclasses, certification programs)
- VCCircle Subscriptions
- VCCEdge (SaaS platform for private market intelligence)
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: budgeting, targeting, tracking, and reporting.
Lead Funnel Management
- Continuously optimize the cost-per-lead and lead quality across channels.
- Set up retargeting and lead nurturing flows to drive conversions across the funnel.
- Work closely with sales teams to align on lead quality, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and ad platform dashboards.
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards to track performance against KPIs like CPL, ROAS, MQLs, and pipeline impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the content, design, and tech teams to develop high-performing landing pages and creatives.
- Collaborate with sales, events, and product teams to align messaging and targeting based on campaign goals.
Experimentation & Innovation
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and targeting.
- Explore new paid channels and tools to drive incremental leads and improve ROI.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, media, or events.
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns for lead generation across multiple business lines.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, attribution models, and lead funnels.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce/HubSpot) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
