Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Design and implement scalable user acquisition strategies across organic and paid channels.
- Paid Media: Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Inbound Marketing: Drive qualified leads through content marketing, SEO, and email nurture campaigns.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key metrics, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.
- Funnel Management: Build and refine marketing funnels for different stages of the customer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
- SEO & Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar and work with content creators to publish high-quality, search-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and resources.
- Marketing Automation: Use tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Mail chimp for nurturing leads and automating workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, product, and sales teams to align messaging and maximize impact.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in performance/growth/inbound marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong grasp of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mix panel, or similar.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to hustle, experiment, and pivot quickly based on data.
- Knowledge of landing page builders (Web flow, Unbounce, etc) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize)
