Key Responsibilities-
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute scalable campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms to drive app installs, conversions, and user activation.
- Full-Funnel Management: Define and track conversion events across the user journey-from impression to retention-using ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to optimize spends, reduce CAC, and improve ROAS through actionable insights.
- Tracking Infrastructure: Collaborate with tech teams to implement and manage tracking via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular) and server-side integrations.
- Creative Testing & Experiments: Run A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to enhance performance outcomes.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets), interpret KPIs, and report key trends using tools like Google Analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, content, and data teams to align on growth strategies and experiments.
- Ownership & Initiative: Lead 0-to-1 growth projects and scale successful campaigns with a high level of accountability and speed.
- Creative Contribution: Partner with content and design teams to shape compelling creative assets based on campaign insights.
Requirements-
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce, B2B, or content-driven platforms.
- Proven expertise in Meta and Google app campaigns, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization.
- In-depth understanding of ad tech, conversion tracking, and funnel-based performance marketing.
- Proficiency with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Singular.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.

- Experience with influencer- or creator-led marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
